Motsu-nabe
Overview
Motsu-nabe is a one-pot dish made primarily from beef or pork motsu (hormone), and began as a local delicacy in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It is said that the roots of motsu nabe date back to the days when coal miners used to cook hormone and chives in an aluminum pot and eat them with soy sauce flavor.
The fat in motsu nabe is mainly collagen, which is a nutrient that women want to take in, and it is also effective against anemia and rich in vitamins, so it is good for beauty and is probably a nabe dish that you want to eat from time to time.
